Activate Net ID & Duo 2-Factor Authentication
Activate Your NetID and Duo 2-Factor Authentication
New students will need to activate your NetID, which is your account for securely accessing a variety of online services at the University of Rochester. You will also need to enroll in Duo 2-factor authentication in order to access services through off-campus networks. Students will need your URID to do this and instructions can be found in your application portal.

You must provide proof of degree completion before matriculating into your graduate degree program.

Parking Permit
Apply for a Campus Parking Permit (if applicable)
Commuter students need to purchase a River Campus parking permit. The permits are lot-specific and sold based on lot availability.

Health History and TB Testing
Complete Your Health History and Immunization Forms
Follow these instructions to register for UHSConnect, the secure online portal where you will access and submit these forms. Complete TB testing and upload result by July 8th. Either PPD skin test or blood test will suffice. PPD skin test requires 3 days before it can be read by a physician. This is REQUIRED of all CMTI students.

Summer Class Registration
Log in to UR student to register for CMTI Clinical Rotation (BME 498-1) for Summer 2024 AS&E session. BME 498-1 will begin July 8th and end August 23rd.
Fall Class Registration
Log in UR student to register for Fall courses by September 9th. Registering for courses after September 9th will result in a $160 late registration fee.
