As Assistant Director for Undergraduate Programs, Alvin collects and analyzes data for the purpose of identifying processefficiencies and implementing process improvement plans.  He will also develop “best practice” processes and procedures for  monitoring and measuring the status, performance and outcomes of Hajim undergraduate degree programs.

Prior to working in the Dean’s Office at the University of Rochester, he worked in Wilson Commons Student Activities, where he served for two years as staff adviser and program manager, and was in charge of planning large scale, community-building events for undergraduates and the College community, as well as standardizing workflows for student group event registration and approval.
